We try to ensure that residents of all ages and incomes have access to safe, accessible, and affordable housing. Consequently, our real estate department is divided into multi-family and single-family sections.

Our multi-family units are income and age restricted to persons living at 60% and below the area median income. These facilities include the William Byrd ( Richmond ), Dunlop Farms ( Colonial Heights ), Omni Park Place ( Ashland ), and Parham Park Place and Parham Park Place II in western Henrico County. We also have single-family homes that have no age restrictions. These are houses that we purchase, rehabilitate and sell at or below market rate throughout the City of Richmond, and Chesterfield and Henrico counties.
